She is my personal superhero, of sorts. Never less than elegant and graceful. Always fiercely protective of her beloveds, while steadfastly loving and tender. She is the symbol of home. The precious and resilient teacher, through her actions. She is the inwardly and outwardly expression of a true matriarch.

This natural role model is my loving mother and friend. One of the pillars of my foundation, while my beloved father, husband, and brother represent the others. She is my core.

Blessed be all those mothers and fathers, who through birth or by choice have grown into our personal superheroes.

We may not know where our individual pinnacle point lies on the lifeline of our path.

It may be behind us, waiting for us, or right here and now.

Go on, go on, turn the corner.

It’s nothing to fear.

The root of a tree asks for nothing.

It simply provides.

Provides a blanket, whereby all life remains in awe and grateful for it’s majestic giving nature.

Each event, person, experience are opportunities to learn from, grow and develop from.

Each are clear choice points “to keep on our life’s path” or “to simply move out of its/their way”, similar to the special martial art of Aikido.

Each are contributions to our clarity as to what we truly yearn for, are committed to having in our lives.

Could it simply be how life goes? One step in front of the other, revealing the next to come?

Perhaps we get in the way of the natural flow, the sacred revelations awaiting us.

Perhaps, it is well-guided and waiting for our keen listening to the messages gently whispering themselves to us.

Perhaps, there’s no struggle needed when challenges present themselves.

Perhaps there are only gifts of teaching and grace.

Whatever it may be for you, may your path be your best legacy…. Your best co-creation with your soul’s desires and contracts…..Your masterpiece.

Their consistent presence in my life, on each path I find myself, each hurdle I traverse, magnifies my courage and resilience.

I have been an abundantly wealthy woman showered with the love of my birth family.

With my sacred union to my Beloved, my wealth has multiplied.

Whether your family is by blood or by choice, whether currently present in your life or not, you are a privileged human being for having been granted the love, contribution and tenderness of another.

Look and you will surely find all the richness they have provided.

Look and you will surely find the magnitude of the gifts they left behind.

Look and you will find your wealth in their loving eyes. It’s a privilege really.

So go out dear ones, with the purest of intentions, to dream enormously, to speak about your plans with full faith and to create your life boldly in the most unabashed way you know how. And then, simply sit back every so often to take in your master piece. It’s glorious, isn’t it?
